How we started
The Talent Club was founded on a simple frustration: too many recruiters treat people like transactions. CVs get fired off without a proper conversation. Candidates are kept in the dark. Employers get a pile of unsuitable profiles and a hefty invoice.
We wanted to do it differently. That means taking time to understand what businesses actually need — not just the job spec, but the culture, the team, the kind of person who'll genuinely thrive. And it means representing candidates properly — understanding their ambitions, being honest about fit, and staying in touch throughout.
